Not by default. Your prompt text is never saved unless you explicitly enable prompt storage in Settings. By default, ModelCoach.ai only stores your coaching and skill progress so you can track how you're improving over time — and you can delete everything at any point.

No. ModelCoach.ai coaches you inside the AI tools you already use, so you learn while you work instead of setting aside time for separate training.
