You are a customer success manager at a B2B analytics company. Goal: write a renewal email to a mid-market customer whose annual plan expires in 21 days. Context: they onboarded 14 months ago, use dashboards daily, but have not adopted alerts. Their champion changed roles last quarter. Audience: the new operations lead, who has not met us yet. Constraints: under 150 words, plain language, no discount offer, one clear call to action to book a 20-minute review. Output format: subject line, then the email body, then two alternative subject lines. Success criteria: it references their actual usage, gives them a reason to meet, and reads like a person wrote it.
